Design your house
Go to Your projects and start a new design. The editor takes you through five short steps. When you are done, add the design to your cart and you see its preliminary price right away.
- 1 Floorspace Click the squares of each floor on a 300 mm grid.
- 2 Build The software places the walls, floors and foundation for you.
- 3 Columns A beam that spans too far turns red. Click it to put a column under it.
- 4 Roof Pick one of four roof pitches, and the roof is built on top.
- 5 Calculate See the parts list, the weight and the price per m².

Check out and submit for verification
At checkout you send your design to us for verification. This is not your final order. We check the whole design so the offer you get next is one we can stand behind.

Get your final offer, then decide
After verification you receive the final offer. It is guaranteed to be very close to the preliminary price you saw in step 1. Now you choose:

The € 300 you paid for verification is deducted from your order.
Don't order
You are under no obligation. The verification fee is all you have paid.

Common questions
Is submitting for verification the same as ordering?
No. Verification only gets you a final offer. You decide whether to order after you have seen it.
Can the final price be very different from what I saw?
No. The final offer is guaranteed to be very close to the preliminary price shown in your cart.
My plot doesn't fit the 300 mm grid. What now?
Design as close as the grid allows, then add the Engineering package light. We adjust your design to a custom dimension smaller than 300 mm.
I want something the editor can't do.
Add the Engineering package heavy. We adjust the design according to your wishes.
